🏛️ SIAM SOUL House Rules & Policies Welcome to Siam Soul, where relaxation, professionalism, and respect come together to create a peaceful wellness experience. To ensure comfort, safety, and fairness for all guests and therapists, we kindly ask that you follow the policies below. 1. Punctuality & Appointments Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other guests, and the full treatment fee will still apply. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and changing. A 60-minute appointment includes time for undressing and dressing. The actual massage treatment will be approximately 57 minutes to ensure a smooth transition between sessions. 2. Peace & Relaxation Siam Soul is a quiet sanctuary. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere during your visit and speak softly in common areas. Mobile phones must be silenced or placed on airplane mode before entering the treatment room to preserve the tranquil environment. 3. Conduct & Professionalism Guests are required to remain in their undergarments at all times during treatment. Professional draping will be used to ensure privacy and comfort. Our therapists provide professional wellness services only. Any inappropriate behavior or requests for services beyond our treatment menu will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Siam Soul is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. 4. Health & Safety Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your session begins. This allows us to adjust the treatment safely. If you have skin conditions such as rashes, flaking, or fungal infections, the therapist may use gloves, modify the treatment, reschedule, or decline the session if necessary. 5. Payment & Guarantee All treatments must be paid in advance. If you are not satisfied, you may stop the session within the first 10 minutes or request a different therapist (subject to availability) at no extra charge. After 10 minutes, the session is considered accepted. You may request a specific therapist for an additional €10 selection fee. Refunds are not possible once a full treatment has been completed. 6. Cancellations & Right to Refuse Service Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of payment.
